Earth Class Mail raises $13.3 million to kill traditional mail

 

 

Earth Class Mail has raised $13.3 million round of financing ($7.4 million of the round was closed last September and $2.84 million was previously raised convertible debt). The round was led by Ignition Partners and included angels from Keiretsu Forum.

With Earth Class Mail online postal mail, you can stay connected to your postal mail just as you do your voice mail and email today: you can check postal mail from anywhere, manage it, and respond to it.

Here's how it works. First, you pick a "Remote Address" for one of our locations, and have selected mail sent to that address. As a Commercial Mail Receiving Agency, they then receive your mail, instantly scan all the sealed envelope images, and then electronically deliver each envelope image to you online.

You view your envelopes in a secure online mailbox and tell them what you want to do with your mail.
