I have a small startup, but I hope to make it really big very soon. I've tried many of these tools. I love Skype and I like GoToMeeting. As for project management I chose Wrike. It's easy to use, integrated with email and does have a built-in Gantt chart. The major benefit I get from it - it saves loads of time. You might wanna check it out.
